In our opinion, Podlasie is the most enchanting region of Poland. The Białowieża, Knyszyn, Augustów and Kurpie Forests, the valleys of Narew and Bug rivers, picturesque landscapes with meadows, fields, woods and rivers – the region amazes with its natural beauty only slightly touched by human hands.

The historical area of the Podlasie region is the home of Zagrodowy Chicken. It is carefully bred in small family-managed farms using the methods which are as close to the traditional ones as possible.
